Question 1

Do I need to install anything?

Accepted Answer

No. The whole system runs in the cloud and you only open the panel in a browser. It is processed on our broadcast servers and sent to the platforms, so your computer does not have to stay on.

Question 2

What happens when the trial ends?

Accepted Answer

When the trial ends your channels stop, but media, playlists and graphics are not deleted. Choose a package and pay, and you continue where you left off.

Question 3

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Choose a package in the panel and create a payment request. After you transfer with your personal reference code, the account is approved and the package term starts.

Question 4

Can I broadcast to more than one platform at once?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Depending on your package you can add more than one RTMP destination per channel, so YouTube, Facebook and Twitch are fed at the same time.

Question 5

Can I change my package later?

Accepted Answer

You can move to a higher package whenever you want. The new limits apply as soon as it is approved.

Question 6

Does changing a graphic during the broadcast cut the stream?

Accepted Answer

No. Graphics are composited on the live picture. Changing a lower-third line or opening a new layer does not cut the broadcast.

Question 7

Can I distribute the broadcast to my own viewers?

Accepted Answer

Going out to social media is part of the studio package. Serving your own viewers from a separate address means renting a server. That is not included in the studio package. Choose it in the server rental section on the packages page.
